देवत्व को प्राप्त यजमानों ने अन्ने के द्वारा यज्ञ पूर्ण किया. अग्नि के कर्म उन के प्रमुख कर्म थे. वे महत्तव युक्त देव स्वर्ग को प्राप्त हुए. वहां प्राण के अभिमानी प्राचीन देव निवास करते हैं. (१)
The hosts who attained divinity completed the yajna through an end. The deeds of agni were their main deeds. Those important gods attained heaven. There are the arrogant ancient gods of life. (1)
य॒ज्ञो ब॑भूव॒ स आ ब॑भूव॒ स प्र ज॑ज्ञे॒ स उ॑ वावृधे॒ पुनः॑ । स दे॒वाना॒मधि॑पतिर्बभूव॒ सो अ॒स्मासु॒ द्रवि॑ण॒मा द॑धातु ॥ (२)
यज्ञ रूप प्रजापति, विश्व आत्मा के रूप में प्रसिद्ध एवं सब के कारण हुए. वे प्रसिद्ध हुए तथा वे आज भी जगत् की आत्मा के रूप में बारबार बढ़ते हैं. वे इंद्र आदि देवों में प्रमुख हुए. यह यज्ञ हम सेवकों को अधिक धन प्रदान करे. (२)
Yajna form Prajapati, famous as Vishwa Atma and caused by all. He became famous and he still grows again and again as the soul of the world. He became prominent among indra adi devas. May this yajna give more money to us servants. (2)
कर्म से देवत्व को प्राप्त जनों ने न मरने वाले इंद्र आदि देवों के हेतु देव विषयक मन से चरु, पुरोडाश आदि के द्वारा यज्ञ किया. हम यजमान उस विशाल स्वर्ग में प्रसन्न हों एवं जब तक सूर्य का प्रकाश रहे, तब तक इस यज्ञ का फल रहे. (३)
Those who got divinity from karma performed yagna through Charu, Purodash etc. with the mind of God for the gods like Indra etc. who did not die. May we hosts be happy in that vast heaven and may the fruit of this yajna remain as long as there is sunlight. (3)
कार्य और अकार्य के विवेक से हीन यजमानों ने कुत्ते के द्वारा यज्ञ किया तथा गाय के अंगों के द्वारा भी अनेक बार यज्ञ किया. जो इस यज्ञ करने योग्य परमात्मा को मन से जानता है, वह गुरु हमें बताओ. उसे यहीं और इसी समय परमात्मा का स्वरूप बताओ. (५)
The hosts, who were devoid of the wisdom of work and inaction, performed yajna through the dog and also performed yagya several times through the organs of the cow. Whoever knows this sacrificial God with his heart, tell us that Guru. Tell him the nature of God here and at the same time. (5)
