यजुर्वेद (अध्याय 33)
दस्रा॑ यु॒वाक॑वः सु॒ता नास॑त्या वृ॒क्तब॑र्हिषः । आ या॑तꣳ रुद्रवर्त्तनी तं प्र॒त्नथा॑ । अ॒यं वे॒नः ॥ (५८)
हे अश््विनीकुमारो! आप युवा व सुंदर हैं. आप आइए और कुश वाले आसन पर विराजिए, आप रुद्र जैसी वृत्ति वाले हैं, आप आइए. हम ने आप के लिए प्रयत्नपूर्वक सोमरस तैयार किया है. आप उसे ग्रहण करने की कृपा कीजिए. (५८)
O Ashwini Kumaro! You are young and beautiful. You come and sit on the seat of Kush, you are with a tendency like Rudra, you come. We have prepared somers for you diligently. Please accept it. (58)
