अचे॑ति दस्रा॒ व्यु१॒॑ नाक॑मृण्वथो यु॒ञ्जते॑ वां रथ॒युजो॒ दिवि॑ष्टिष्वध्व॒स्मानो॒ दिवि॑ष्टिषु । अधि॑ वां॒ स्थाम॑ व॒न्धुरे॒ रथे॑ दस्रा हिर॒ण्यये॑ । प॒थेव॒ यन्ता॑वनु॒शास॑ता॒ रजोऽञ्ज॑सा॒ शास॑ता॒ रजः॑ ॥ (४)
हे शत्रुनाशको! तुम्हारे इन कार्यो को लोग भली प्रकार जानते हैं. तुम स्वर्ग को जाते हो, इसलिए तुम्हारे रथचालक तुम्हे स्वर्ग के मार्गरूप यज्ञों में ले जाने को रथ तैयार करते हैं एवं मार्ग के अभाव में भी रथ को नष्ट नहीं करते. हम तीन बंधनों वाले स्वर्णरथ पर सुंदर मार्ग से स्वर्ग को जाने वाले, शत्रुओं को वश में करने वाले एवं मुख्य रूप से वर्षा का जल बिखेरने वाले तुमको बैठाते हैं. O enemies! People know these things of yours very well. You go to heaven, so your chariot drivers prepare chariots to take you to the yagnas as the way to heaven and do not destroy the chariot even in the absence of a path. We sit on the golden chariot of the three bonds, those who go to heaven by the beautiful path, subdue the enemies and mainly scatter the rain water. (4)
