प्र द्यावा॑ य॒ज्ञैः पृ॑थि॒वी ऋ॑ता॒वृधा॑ म॒ही स्तु॑षे वि॒दथे॑षु॒ प्रचे॑तसा । दे॒वेभि॒र्ये दे॒वपु॑त्रे सु॒दंस॑से॒त्था धि॒या वार्या॑णि प्र॒भूष॑तः ॥ (१)
मैं यजमान यज्ञ के बढ़ाने वाले, विस्तृत यज्ञां में हमें सावधान करने वाले, देवपुत्रों द्वारा सेवित एवं शोभनकर्मयुक्त यजमानों वाले धरती व आकाश की विशेष रूप से स्तुति करता हूं. वे हमारे प्रति अनुग्रह बुद्धि रखते हुए उत्तम धन देते हैं. (१)
I especially admire the earth and sky of the hosts who have extended the host yajna, who cautioned us in the elaborate yagnas, served by the sons of the gods and the hosts with doy deeds. They give us the best wealth by having a gracious intellect towards us. (1)

उ॒त म॑न्ये पि॒तुर॒द्रुहो॒ मनो॑ मा॒तुर्महि॒ स्वत॑व॒स्तद्धवी॑मभिः । सु॒रेत॑सा पि॒तरा॒ भूम॑ चक्रतुरु॒रु प्र॒जाया॑ अ॒मृतं॒ वरी॑मभिः ॥ (२)
मैं पुत्र के प्रति द्रोहहीन धरतीरूपी माता और आकाशरूपी पिता को आह्वान मंत्रों द्वारा अनुग्रहयुक्त मन वाला जानता हूं. ये दोनों माता-पिता अपने शोभन सामर्थ्य से यजमानों की विस्तृत रक्षा करते हुए पर्याप्त अमृत देते हैं. (२)
I know the earthly mother and the heavenly Father, who is hostile to the Son, with a gracious mind through the mantras invoking them. Both these parents give enough nectar while protecting the hosts with their virtuous power. (2)

ते सू॒नवः॒ स्वप॑सः सु॒दंस॑सो म॒ही ज॑ज्ञुर्मा॒तरा॑ पू॒र्वचि॑त्तये । स्था॒तुश्च॑ स॒त्यं जग॑तश्च॒ धर्म॑णि पु॒त्रस्य॑ पाथः प॒दमद्व॑याविनः ॥ (३)
शोभन कर्म वाली और सुदर्शन प्रजाएं तुम्हारे द्वारा पूर्वकृत अनुग्रह को स्मरण करके तुम्हें महान् एवं माता के समान हितकारी जानती हैं. पुत्ररूप स्थावर और जंगम द्यावापृथ्वी को अद्वितीय जानते हैं. तुम इनकी रक्षा का अबाध मार्ग बताओ. (३)
The people of shobhan karma and sudarshan people remember the grace that you have foretold by you and know you as great and as beneficial as the mother. The son-in-law is unique to the real and movable. You tell them the uninterrupted way of protecting them. (3)

ते मा॒यिनो॑ ममिरे सु॒प्रचे॑तसो जा॒मी सयो॑नी मिथु॒ना समो॑कसा । नव्यं॑नव्यं॒ तन्तु॒मा त॑न्वते दि॒वि स॑मु॒द्रे अ॒न्तः क॒वयः॑ सुदी॒तयः॑ ॥ (४)
द्यावापृथ्वी सदा एक स्थान पर युगलरूप में रहने वाली ऐसी प्रजायुक्त एवं चेतनासंपन्न सगी बहिनें हैं, जिन्हें किरणें अलग-अलग करती हैं. अपने व्यापार को जानने वाली प्रकाशयुक्त रशमियां चमकते हुए आकाश में विस्तृत होती हैं. (४)
Dyavapathavi is always a peoplely and conscious sister living in a couple of places, whom the rays separate. The light rushes that know your trade are spread out in the shining sky. (4)

तद्राधो॑ अ॒द्य स॑वि॒तुर्वरे॑ण्यं व॒यं दे॒वस्य॑ प्रस॒वे म॑नामहे । अ॒स्मभ्यं॑ द्यावापृथिवी सुचे॒तुना॑ र॒यिं ध॑त्तं॒ वसु॑मन्तं शत॒ग्विन॑म् ॥ (५)
हम यजमान सविता देव की अनुज्ञा से उस उत्तम धन को मांगते हैं. धरती और आकाश हमारे प्रति अनुग्रहबुद्धि के द्वारा निवास योग्य घर एवं सैकड़ों गायों के रूप में धन दें. (५)
We ask for that best money with the permission of host Savita Dev. May the earth and the sky be blessed with kindness to us in the form of a house and hundreds of cows. (5)
