अ॒स्य श्लोको॑ दि॒वीय॑ते पृथि॒व्यामत्यो॒ न यं॑सद्यक्ष॒भृद्विचे॑ताः । मृ॒गाणां॒ न हे॒तयो॒ यन्ति॑ चे॒मा बृह॒स्पते॒रहि॑मायाँ अ॒भि द्यून् ॥ (४)
बृहस्पति की कीर्ति धरती और आकाश में फैली है. वे आदित्य के समान हव्य धारण करते हुए प्राणियों में बुद्धि संचार के साथ-साथ उन्हें फल भी देते हैं. बृहस्पति के आयुध मायावियों की ओर शिकारी लोगों के आयुधों के समान तेजी से चलते हैं. (४)
Jupiter's fame is spread in the earth and sky. He, wearing the same desire as Aditya, communicates intelligence among the creatures as well as gives them fruits. Jupiter's weapons move as fast as the weapons of hunters towards the Mayavids. (4)
