स सु॒ष्टुभा॒ स स्तु॒भा स॒प्त विप्रैः॑ स्व॒रेणाद्रिं॑ स्व॒र्यो॒३॒॑ नव॑ग्वैः । स॒र॒ण्युभिः॑ फलि॒गमि॑न्द्र शक्र व॒लं रवे॑ण दरयो॒ दश॑ग्वैः ॥ (४)
नौ अथवा दस महीनों में यज्ञ समाप्त करने वाले एवं उत्तम गति के इच्छुक अंगिरागोत्रीय सात मेधावी ऋषियों द्वारा शोभन शब्द युक्त स्तोत्र द्वारा स्तुत हे इंद्र! तुम्हारे शब्दमात्र से मेघ डरते हैं. (४)
O Indra, who finished the yagna in nine or ten months and wished to perform the best speed, by the seven meritorious sages of the Angiragotri, with the word shobhan, stung by a hymn with the word shobhan! Clouds are afraid of your words. (4)
