यस्मि॑न्दे॒वा वि॒दथे॑ मा॒दय॑न्ते वि॒वस्व॑तः॒ सद॑ने धा॒रय॑न्ते । सूर्ये॒ ज्योति॒रद॑धुर्मा॒स्य१॒॑क्तून्परि॑ द्योत॒निं च॑रतो॒ अज॑स्रा ॥ (७)
अग्नि के यज्ञ में उपस्थित रहने पर देव प्रसन्न होते हैं एवं सूर्य के यज्ञवेदीरूप स्थान में अपने आपको स्थापित करते हैं. देवों ने सूर्य में तेज तथा चंद्रमा में रातों को स्थापित किया. नष्ट न होने वाले सूर्य और चंद्र प्रकाश पाते हैं. (७)
When the agni is present in the yajna, the gods are pleased and establish themselves in the place of the yajna-vediform of the sun. The gods set the sun bright in the sun and nights in the moon. The sun and the moon find the undamaged sun and moon light. (7)
