ऋ॒जुरिच्छंसो॑ वनवद्वनुष्य॒तो दे॑व॒यन्निददे॑वयन्तम॒भ्य॑सत् । सु॒प्रा॒वीरिद्व॑नवत्पृ॒त्सु दु॒ष्टरं॒ यज्वेदय॑ज्यो॒र्वि भ॑जाति॒ भोज॑नम् ॥ (१)
ब्रह्मणस्पति का सरल चित्त स्तोता के शत्रुओं का विनाश करे. देवों का वह भक्त देवविरोधियों को पराजित करे. ब्रह्मणस्पति को तृप्त करने वाला याज्ञिक युद्ध में अदमनीय शञ्रुओं का नाश करके यज्ञविरोधियों के धन का उपभोग करे. (१)
The simple mind of Brahmanaspati should destroy the enemies of the stota. Let that devotee of gods defeat the deities. The yajnaka who satisfies the Brahmaspati consumes the wealth of the yagyavirodhis by destroying the indomitable shantrus in the war. (1)
