ऋग्वेद: | सूक्त: 45
वि॒द्मा हि त्वा॑ धनंज॒यमिन्द्र॑ दृ॒ळ्हा चि॑दारु॒जम् । आ॒दा॒रिणं॒ यथा॒ गय॑म् ॥ (१३)
हे इंद्र! हम तुम्हें धन जीतने वाला, दृढ़ शत्रुओं को भी भग्न करने वाला, शत्रुओं का धन छीनने वाला एवं घर के समान रक्षा करने वाला जानते हैं. (१३)
O Indra! We know you to be the one who wins wealth, the one who breaks even the strong enemies, the one who snatches away the wealth of the enemies, and the protector of the house. (13)
