उप॑ त्रि॒तस्य॑ पा॒ष्यो॒३॒॑रभ॑क्त॒ यद्गुहा॑ प॒दम् । य॒ज्ञस्य॑ स॒प्त धाम॑भि॒रध॑ प्रि॒यम् ॥ (२)
मुझ त्रित के यज्ञ की गुफा में वर्तमान एवं पत्थर के समान दृढ़ रस निचोड़ने के तख्तों पर पहुंचे ऋत्विज्‌ यज्ञ धारण करने वाले गायत्री आदि सात छंदों द्वारा सोम की स्तुति करते हैं. (२)
