ज्योति॑र्य॒ज्ञस्य॑ पवते॒ मधु॑ प्रि॒यं पि॒ता दे॒वानां॑ जनि॒ता वि॒भूव॑सुः । दधा॑ति॒ रत्नं॑ स्व॒धयो॑रपी॒च्यं॑ म॒दिन्त॑मो मत्स॒र इ॑न्द्रि॒यो रसः॑ ॥ (१०)
यज्ञ के प्रकाशक सोम देवों के प्रिय मीठे रस को टपकाते हैं. देवों के पालक, सबको उत्पन्न करने वाले एवं अधिक धन वाले सोम द्यावा-पृथिवी का रमणीय धन स्तोताओं को देते हैं. अत्यंत नशीले सोम इंद्र को बढ़ाने वाले एवं रसपूर्ण हैं. (१०)
The publisher of the yajna drips the sweet juices beloved of the Som Devas. The parents of the gods, the creators of all and those with more wealth give the delightful wealth of Som Dyava-Prithivi to the stoyas. The most intoxicating Som indra is the enhancer and juicy. (10)
