यजुर्वेद 25.13

अध्याय 25 → मंत्र 13 - संस्कृत मंत्र, हिंदी अर्थ और English translation

यजुर्वेद:
यऽआ॑त्म॒दा ब॑ल॒दा यस्य॒ विश्व॑ऽउ॒पास॑ते प्र॒शिषं॒ यस्य॑ दे॒वाः।यस्य॑ छा॒याऽमृतं॒ यस्य॑ मृ॒त्युः कस्मै॑ दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषा॑ विधेम ॥ (१३)
जो आत्मशक्ति दाता और बलशक्ति दाता हैं, सारा विशव जिस की प्रशंसा करता है, सारा विशव जिस की उपासना करता है, जिस की छत्रच्छाया अमृत सरीखी सुखदायी है, जिस के बिना मृत्यु जैसा कष्ट होता है, उस के अलावा हम और किस देव के लिए हवि का विधान करें. (१३)
Apart from the one who is the giver of self-power and the giver of strength, the one whom the whole world praises, the one whose umbrella is as happy as nectar, without whom there is suffering like death, for which other god should we law. (13)
