पूर्व आदि दिशाओं की रक्षा करने वाले एवं कभी न मरने वाले इंद्र, यम आदि चार देवों के लिए हम इस भाग में मंत्रों के साथ आहुति देते हैं. वे देव सभी प्राणियों के स्वामी हैं. (१)

हे धन देने वाले देव कुबेर! मैं अपने अभिमत धन आदि प्राप्त करने के लिए हवि से इंद्र आदि देवों की प्रसन्नता के लिए हवन करता हूं. दिशाओं की रक्षा करने वाले इंद्र आदि देवों में जो चौथे देव कुबेर हैं, वे इस यज्ञ में हमें स्वर्ण, रजत आदि धन दें. (३)
O God kubera, the god who gives wealth! I perform havan for the happiness of Indra etc. gods from Havi to get my opinion money etc. Kubera, the fourth god among the gods of Indra, who protects the directions, should give us gold, silver etc. in this yagya. (3)
हमारी माता, हमारे पिता, हमारी गायों और सारे संसार का कल्याण हो. हमारी माता आदि उत्तम धन एवं श्रेष्ठ ज्ञान वाले हैं. हम सौ वर्ष तक सूर्य के दर्शन करते रहें. (४)
May our mother, our father, our cows and the whole world be well-being. Our mother etc. is of good wealth and good knowledge. We continued to see the sun for a hundred years. (4)
