हे ढाक, गूलर आदि दस वृक्षों से बनी हुई मणि! ब्रह्म राक्षस और राक्षसी से पकड़े हुए इस पुरुष को छुड़ाओ. उस ब्रह्म राक्षसी ने इसे शरीर के जोड़ों में पकड़ा हुआ है. हे वनस्पति से निर्मित मणि! तू इसे जीवित प्राणियों के लोक में पहुंचा अर्थात् इसे पुनः जीवित कर. (१)
O gem made of ten trees like dhak, sycamore etc! Rescue this man holding brahma from the demon and demon. That Brahma rakshasi is holding it in the joints of the body. O gem made of vegetation! You brought it to the realm of living beings, that is, revive it. (1)
हे मणि! तेरे प्रभाव से यह पुरुष गृह से युक्त हो कर इस लोक में आ गया है. इस ने जीवित मनुष्यों के समूह को प्राप्त कर लिया है. यह पुत्रों का पिता बन गया है तथा इस ने मनुष्यों के मध्य अतिशय भाग्य पा लिया है. (२)
O gem! With your influence, this man has come to this world with home. It has acquired a group of living human beings. He has become the father of sons and has found great fortune among men. (2)
ब्रह्म ग्रह से छूटा हुआ यह पुरुष पूर्व में अध्ययन किए गए वेद आदि शास्त्रों को स्मरण करे तथा जीवों के आवास स्थानों को जाने, क्योंकि ग्रह से गृहीत इस पुरुष की चिकित्सा करने वाले सौ वैद्य हैं और हजार जड़ीबूटियां हैं. (३)
This man left out of the planet Brahma should remember the Vedas etc. scriptures studied in the past and know the places of residence of living beings, because there are a hundred vaidyas and a thousand herbs who treat this man accepted from the planet. (3)
हे मणि! ग्रह विकार से रोगी को छुड़ाने से तेरे प्रभाव को इंद्र आदि देव जानते हैं. ब्राह्मण एवं वृक्ष भी तेरे इस प्रभाव को जानते हैं. हे रोगी! तुझ मूर्च्छित को चेतना प्राप्त होने की बात धरती पर सभी देव जानते हैं. (४)
O gem! Indra adi dev knows your effect by removing the patient from planetary disorder. Brahmins and trees also know this influence of yours. O patient! All the gods on earth know that your unconscious attains consciousness. (4)
यश्च॒कार॒ स निष्क॑र॒त्स ए॒व सुभि॑षक्तमः । स ए॒व तुभ्यं॑ भेष॒जानि॑ कृ॒णव॑द्भि॒षजा॒ शुचिः॑ ॥ (५)
विधान को जानने वाले जिस महर्षि ने इस मणि का बंधन किया है, वह ग्रह विकार को शांत करे. वही वैद्यों में सर्वोत्तम है. निर्मल ज्ञान वाले वे ही वैद्य तेरे लिए ओषशियों का निर्माण करें. (५)
The Maharishi, who knows the law, who has tied this gem, should calm the planetary disorder. He is the best among physicians. May those physicians with pure knowledge create medicines for you. (5)
