स्तोत्ररूपी वाणियां विषूवत नाम के यज्ञ के स्वादिष्ट मधु का इस प्रकार पान करती हैं, जिस से वे अनेक शक्तियों वाले इंद्र से मिल कर उन्हें प्रसन्न करती रहें. हे यजमान! इस के बाद तू अपने राज्य पर सुशोभित हो जाएगा. (१)

पृश्नि नाम की गाएं इस सोमरस का संस्कार कर रही हैं. इंद्र की ये गाएं उन के बाणों और वज्र को प्रेरणा देती हैं. हे यजमान! इन रात्रियों के बाद तू अपने राज्य पर प्रतिष्ठित होगा. (२)

वाणियां हवि के द्वारा इंद्र का पूजन करती हैं तथा यजमान के महान व्रत इंद्र से मिलते हैं. हे यजमान! इन रात्रियों के बाद तू अपने राज्य पर प्रतिष्ठित होगा. (३)
