जिस प्रकार सूर्य अंतरिक्ष में व्याप्त होता है, उसी प्रकार मैं सर्पो के जन्म को जानता हूं. जिस प्रकार रात्रि अपने अंधकार से सारे संसार को व्याप्त कर लेती है, उसी प्रकार शरीर में व्याप्त विष को मैं ओषधि से दूर करता हूं. (१)
Just as the sun pervades space, I know the birth of serpents. Just as the night pervades the whole world with its darkness, in the same way, I remove the poison in the body with medicine. (1)
यद्ब्र॒ह्मभि॒र्यदृषि॑भि॒र्यद्दे॒वैर्वि॑दि॒तं पु॒रा । यद्भू॒तं भव्य॑मास॒न्वत्तेना॑ ते वारये वि॒षम् ॥ (२)
जिस ओषधि को प्राचीन काल में मंत्रों ने, अगस्त्य, वसिष्ठ आदि ऋषिओं तथा इंद्र आदि देवों ने जाना है, उन भूत, वर्तमान और भविष्यकाल की ओषधियों से मैं तेरे शरीर में स्थित विष का निवारण करता हूं. (२)
The medicine which has been known in ancient times by mantras, sages like Agastya, Vasishtha etc. and gods like Indra, I remove the poison in your body with those past, present and future medicines. (2)
गंगा आदि नदियां, हिमालय आदि विशाल पर्वत और छोटे पर्वत तेरे शरीर में विष नाशक अमृत सींचें. शैवाल से युक्त परुष्णी नाम की नदी तेरे शरीर पर अमृत चुपड़े. यह विषनाशक अमृत तेरे और मेरे हृदय के लिए सुखकारी हो. (३)
Rivers like Ganga, huge mountains like Himalayas and small mountains irrigate the poison-killing nectar in your body. A river named Parushni, full of algae, sprinkled nectar on your body. May this poison-killing nectar be pleasing to you and my heart. (3)
