अथर्ववेद: | सूक्त: 52
तु॒राणा॒मतु॑राणां वि॒शामव॑र्जुषीणाम् । स॒मैतु॑ वि॒श्वतो॒ भगो॑ अन्तर्ह॒स्तं कृ॒तं मम॑ ॥ (२)
जुआ खेलने में चाहे जुआरी शीघ्रता करे अथवा देरी करें, मैं ही उस से जुए में जीतूंगा. जो जुआरी हार जाने पर भी इस आशा से जुआ खेलना बंद नहीं करता कि मैं ही जीतूंगा, ऐसे जुआरी लोगों का धन सभी ओर से मेरे ही पास आए. जुए के पासे मेरे ही हाथ में रहें. (२)
Whether the gambler is quick or late in gambling, I will win from him in gambling. The gambler who does not stop gambling even after losing with the hope that I will win, the money of such gamblers will come to me from all sides. Let the gambling dice remain in my own hands. (2)
