आ धे॒नवो॑ मामते॒यमव॑न्तीर्ब्रह्म॒प्रियं॑ पीपय॒न्सस्मि॒न्नूध॑न् । पि॒त्वो भि॑क्षेत व॒युना॑नि वि॒द्वाना॒साविवा॑स॒न्नदि॑तिमुरुष्येत् ॥ (६)
यज्ञप्रिय एवं ममता के पुत्र दीर्घतमा की रक्षा करती हुई गाएं अपने थनों के दूध से उसे वृप्त करें. वे यज्ञानुष्ठान को जानती हुई दीर्घतमा के पिता एवं माता से हुतशेष अन्न खाने के लिए मांगें एवं तुम दोनों की सेवा करती हुई यज्ञ को अखंडित रूप से रक्षित करें. (६)
Protecting the yajnapriya and Mamta's son Longatama, sing and emulate him with the milk of his thrones. They know the yajnaanushthan and ask the father and mother of the long-term to eat the leftover food and preserve the yajna unbroken while serving both of you. (6)
