न वि जा॑नामि॒ यदि॑वे॒दमस्मि॑ नि॒ण्यः संन॑द्धो॒ मन॑सा चरामि । य॒दा माग॑न्प्रथम॒जा ऋ॒तस्यादिद्वा॒चो अ॑श्नुवे भा॒गम॒स्याः ॥ (३७)
समस्त विश्व मैं ही हूं, इस बात को मैं नहीं जान पाया, क्योंकि मैं मूढ़चित्त एवं अविद्या के कर्मो से बंधा हुआ हूं तथा बहिर्मुख मन से संसार में दुःखों का अनुभव करता हूं. मुझे जब ज्ञान का पहली बार अनुभव होता है, तभी मैं शब्द का अर्थ समझ पाता हूं. (३७)
I have not been able to know that I am the whole world, because I am bound by the deeds of stupidity and ignorance and experience sorrows in the world with an extroverted mind. It is only when I first experience knowledge that I understand the meaning of the word. (37)
