आ तत्त॑ इन्द्रा॒यवः॑ पनन्ता॒भि य ऊ॒र्वं गोम॑न्तं॒ तितृ॑त्सान् । स॒कृ॒त्स्वं१॒॑ ये पु॑रुपु॒त्रां म॒हीं स॒हस्र॑धारां बृह॒तीं दुदु॑क्षन् ॥ (४)
हे इंद्र! जो अंगिरावंशी ऋषि पणियों द्वारा चुराई गई गायों का समूह उनसे छीनना चाहते हैं, वे तुम्हारी ही स्तुति करते हैं. एक बार उत्पन्न, अनेक संतान उत्पन्न करने वाली तथा हजारों धाराओं में संपत्तिरूपी दूध दुहाने वाली धरतीरूपी गाय को दुहने के इच्छुक लोग भी इंद्र की स्तुति करते हैं. (४)
O Indra! The angiravanshi sages who want to snatch away from the group of cows stolen by the panajis, they praise you. Even those who wish to milk the earthly cow, which once produced, produces many offspring and milks wealthy milk in thousands of streams, also praise Indra. (4)
