प्रा॒त॒र्यावा॑णा र॒थ्ये॑व वी॒राजेव॑ य॒मा वर॒मा स॑चेथे । मेने॑ इव त॒न्वा॒३॒॑ शुम्भ॑माने॒ दम्प॑तीव क्रतु॒विदा॒ जने॑षु ॥ (२)
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! प्रातःकाल यज्ञ के लिए जाने वाले रथ-स्वामियों के समान वीर, छागों के समान यमल, नारियों के समान शोभन-शरीर, पति-पत्नी के समान साथ रहने वाले एवं सबके यज्ञकर्मो के ज्ञाता तुम दोनों सेवक के पास आओ. (२)
O Ashwinikumaro! In the morning, brave as the chariot-owners who go for the yajna, yamal like the shadows, the body as the women, the body of the woman, the two of you who live together as husband and wife and the knower of all the yajnakarmas, come to the servant. (2)
