स॒स॒र्प॒रीरम॑तिं॒ बाध॑माना बृ॒हन्मि॑माय ज॒मद॑ग्निदत्ता । आ सूर्य॑स्य दुहि॒ता त॑तान॒ श्रवो॑ दे॒वेष्व॒मृत॑मजु॒र्यम् ॥ (१५)
अग्नि प्रज्वलित करने वाले ऋषियों द्वारा हमें दी गई, अज्ञान को रोकने वाली एवं शब्द के रूप में सब जगह फैलने वाली वाणी बृहद्‌ रूप धारण करती है. सूर्य की पुत्री वाणी-देवता इंद्र आदि देवों के समीप क्षयरहित एवं अमृतरूप अन्न का विचार करती है. (१५)
The speech given to us by the sages who ignite the agni, the stopping of ignorance and spreading everywhere in the form of a word takes a great form. The daughter of the sun thinks of the food of the voice-god Indra, etc., without decay and in the form of nectar near the gods. (15)
