नि वे॑वेति पलि॒तो दू॒त आ॑स्व॒न्तर्म॒हाँश्च॑रति रोच॒नेन॑ । वपूं॑षि॒ बिभ्र॑द॒भि नो॒ वि च॑ष्टे म॒हद्दे॒वाना॑मसुर॒त्वमेक॑म् ॥ (९)
सबके पालनकर्ता एवं देवों के दूत अग्नि इन ओषधियों में आवश्यक रूप से वर्तमान हैं एवं सूर्य के साथ-साथ धरती-आकाश के बीच में चलते हैं. नाना रूप धारण करने वाले वह अग्नि हम यज्ञकर्त्ताओं को विशेष कृपादृष्टि से देखते हैं. देवों का प्रमुख बल एक ही है. (९)
Fire, the nurturer of all and the angels of the gods, is essentially present in these herbs and walks between the sun as well as the earth and the sky. We look at the yajnakartas with special grace in that agni that takes on various forms. The principal force of the gods is the same. (9)
