ऋग्वेद: | सूक्त: 53
ये अ॒ञ्जिषु॒ ये वाशी॑षु॒ स्वभा॑नवः स्र॒क्षु रु॒क्मेषु॑ खा॒दिषु॑ । श्रा॒या रथे॑षु॒ धन्व॑सु ॥ (४)
हे मरुतो! तुम्हारे आभरणों, आयुधों, मालाओं, सीने पर पहने जाने वाले गहनों, हाथ- पैरों एवं उन में पहने जाने वाले कंकणों, रथों एवं धनुषों में जो बल आश्रित है, उसकी हम स्तुति करते हैं. (४)
O Maruto! We praise the strength that is dependent on your fillers, weapons, garlands, chest ornaments, hands and feet, and the thorns, chariots and bows that are worn in them. (4)
