य ए॑नमा॒दिदे॑शति कर॒म्भादिति॑ पू॒षण॑म् । न तेन॑ दे॒व आ॒दिशे॑ ॥ (१)
जो पूषा को घी मिले हुए जौ के सत्तू खाने वाला कहकर स्तुति करता है, उसे अन्य देवता की स्तुति नहीं करनी पड़ती. (१)
The one who praises Pusha as a sattu eater of barley mixed with ghee does not have to praise the other deity. (1)

उ॒त घा॒ स र॒थीत॑मः॒ सख्या॒ सत्प॑तिर्यु॒जा । इन्द्रो॑ वृ॒त्राणि॑ जिघ्नते ॥ (२)
रथस्वामियों में श्रेष्ठ एवं सज्जनों के पालक पूषा देव से मिलकर इंद्र शत्रुओं को मारते हैं. (२)
Indra meets Pusha Dev, the best of charioteers and the father of the gentlemen, and kills indra's enemies. (2)

उ॒तादः प॑रु॒षे गवि॒ सूर॑श्च॒क्रं हि॑र॒ण्यय॑म् । न्यै॑रयद्र॒थीत॑मः ॥ (३)
प्रेरक एवं रथस्वामियों में श्रेष्ठ पूषा सूर्य के सोने से बने रथ का पहिया भली प्रकार चलाते हैं. (३)
The best of the inductors and charioteers, The Pusha runs the wheel of the sun's chariot made of gold. (3)

यद॒द्य त्वा॑ पुरुष्टुत॒ ब्रवा॑म दस्र मन्तुमः । तत्सु नो॒ मन्म॑ साधय ॥ (४)
हे बहुतों द्वारा स्तुत, दर्शनीय एवं ज्ञानसंपन्न पूषा! जिस धन-प्राप्ति के उद्देश्य से हम तुम्हारी स्तुति करते हैं, उसी धन को हमें दो. तुम प्रसिद्ध हो. (४)
O god of wisdom and knowledge, admired by many! Give us the money for which we praise you for the purpose of getting you. You're famous. (4)

इ॒मं च॑ नो ग॒वेष॑णं सा॒तये॑ सीषधो ग॒णम् । आ॒रात्पू॑षन्नसि श्रु॒तः ॥ (५)
हे पूषा! इन गायों के अभिलाषी लोगों को गायों का समूह प्राप्त कराओ. तुम दूर देश में प्रसिद्ध हो. (५)
O God! Get a group of cows to the people who wish for these cows. You're famous in a distant country. (5)

आ ते॑ स्व॒स्तिमी॑मह आ॒रेअ॑घा॒मुपा॑वसुम् । अ॒द्या च॑ स॒र्वता॑तये॒ श्वश्च॑ स॒र्वता॑तये ॥ (६)
हे पूषा! हम आज और कल के यज्ञों की पूर्ति के लिए तुम्हारी रक्षा चाहते हैं. तुम्हारी रक्षा पापरहित एवं धनयुक्त होती है. (६)
O God! We want to protect you for the fulfillment of the sacrifices of today and tomorrow. Your protection is sinless and rich. (6)
