इरा॑वती धेनु॒मती॒ हि भू॒तं सू॑यव॒सिनी॒ मनु॑षे दश॒स्या । व्य॑स्तभ्ना॒ रोद॑सी विष्णवे॒ते दा॒धर्थ॑ पृथि॒वीम॒भितो॑ म॒यूखैः॑ ॥ (३)
हे द्यावा-पृथिवी! तुम स्तोता मनुष्य को दान करने की अभिलाषा से अन्न, धेनु एवं शोभन जौ से युक्त हुई हो. हे विष्णु! तुमने द्यावा-पृथिवी को अनेक प्रकार से धारण किया है. तुमने पृथ्वी को सर्वत्र स्थित पर्वतों की सहायता से धारण किया है. (३)
This is the earth! You have been rich in food, dhenu and shobhan barley with the desire to donate to the son of the son of the saint. O Vishnu! You have possessed the dyava-prithvi in many ways. You have held the earth with the help of mountains everywhere. (3)
