सामवेद: | खंड: 4
सनेमि त्वमस्मदा अदेवं कं चिदत्रिणम् । साह्वाँ इन्दो परि बाधो अप द्वयुम् ॥ (९)
हे इंद्र! आप प्राचीन काल से चले आ रहे सुख हमें दीजिए. आप सुख में बाधा पैदा करने वाले शत्रुओं, दोगले व्यवहार वालों व स्वार्थियों का भी नाश कीजिए. (९)
O Indra! You give us the happiness that has been going on since ancient times. You should also destroy the enemies, those who create obstacles in happiness, those who behave twice and selfish. (9)
