सामवेद (अध्याय 9)
या ते भीमान्यायुधा तिग्मानि सन्ति धूर्वणे । रक्षा समस्य नो निदः ॥ (६)
हे सोम! आप के अस्त्रशस्त्र भयंकर हैं. वे शत्रुओं को डरा देने वाले हैं. उन की सहायता से शत्रुओं द्वारा की गई निंदा की पीड़ा से हमारी रक्षा कीजिए. (६)
O Mon! Your weapons are fierce. They are going to scare the enemies. Protect us from the pain of condemnation by enemies with their help. (6)
