यजुर्वेद:
श॒तं वो॑ऽअम्ब॒ धामा॑नि स॒हस्र॑मु॒त वो॒ रुहः॑। अधा॑ शतक्रत्वो यू॒यमि॒मं मे॑ऽअग॒दं कृ॑त ॥ (७६)
ओषधियों के सैकड़ों नाम हैं. मां के समान गुण युक्त हैं. उन के सैकड़ों धाम हैं. वे सैकड़ों यज्ञ कराने वाली हैं. आप हमारे अंगों को पुष्ट करने की कृपा कीजिए. (७६)
There are hundreds of names of medicines. They have the same qualities as the mother. They have hundreds of dhams. They are going to perform hundreds of yagnas. Please strengthen our organs. (76)
