यजुर्वेद:
त्रीन्त्स॑मु॒द्रान्त्सम॑सृपत् स्व॒र्गान॒पां पति॑र्वृष॒भऽ इष्ट॑कानाम्। पुरी॑षं॒ वसा॑नः सुकृ॒तस्य॑ लो॒के तत्र॑ गच्छ॒ यत्र॒ पूर्वे॒ परे॑ताः ॥ (३१)
आप ने तीनों लोकों के समुद्र को व्याप्त किया है. आप स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं. आप शक्तिमान हैं. आप इष्टकों (विशव निर्माण में प्रयुक्त इकाइयों) में शक्ति भरने बाले हैं. आप पशुओं को बसाते हुए उसी लोक में जाइए, जहां अच्छे काम करने वाले पहले ही पहुंच चुके हैं. (३१)
You have pervaded the sea of the three worlds. You are the master of heaven. You are powerful. You are able to add power to the favorers (units used in world manufacturing). You settle the animals and go to the same world where those who do good deeds have already reached. (31)
