हे रोगाभिमानिनी पाप की देवी! घाव के रोगों से उत्पन्न बंधनों से छूटने के लिए मैं तुम्हारे भयानक मुख में हवि डालता हूं तथा घाव को धोने के लिए यह हवि ओषधि युक्त जल प्रयोग करता हूं. तुम्हें ज्ञानहीन जन पृथ्वी समझते हैं. तुम्हारा स्वरूप जानता हुआ मैं सभी प्रकार निर्त्रति अर्थात् सभी रोगों का कारण जानता हूं. (१)
O goddess of sin! I put havi in your terrible mouth to get rid of the shackles caused by wound diseases and use this medicine-rich water to wash the wound. You are considered to be the earth of the knowledgeless. Knowing your nature, I know all kinds of nirtrati i.e. the cause of all diseases. (1)
हे सर्वत्र विद्यमान निर्त्रति! तुम हमारे द्वारा दिया हुआ आज्य स्वीकार करो. यह तुम्हारा भाग्य है जो इस समय हम ने निश्चित् किया है. तुम हमें रोग के कारण पाप से बचाओ. हमारा यह हवि उत्तम आहुति वाला हो. (२)
O nirtai everywhere! Accept the life given by us. It is your destiny that we have decided at this time. You save us from sin due to disease. May this wish of ours be a great sacrifice. (2)
हे पाप देवता निर्त्ति! तुम हमें बाधा न पहुंचाती हुई अत्यंत दृढ़ बंधन वाले रस्सी के फंदों को हम से दूर करो. ये फंदे रोगात्मक हैं. हे रोगी! यमराज तुम्हें मेरे लिए देते हैं. मृत्यु के देवता उस यम को नमस्कार है. (३)

हे निर्ऋत्ति! लोहे की शृंखलाओं से अथवा लकड़ी के बने चरण बंधन से जब तुम किसी पुरुष को बांधती हो, तब वह इस लोक में मृत्यु के द्वारा बद्ध हो जाता है. प्रसिद्ध ज्वर आदि रोग और राक्षस, पिशाच आदि मृत्यु के हजारों कारण हैं. हे निरति! तुम मृत्यु के देव यम से और देवता, पितर आदि से तालमेल कर के इस पुरुष को उत्तम सुख प्रदान करो. (४)

There are thousands of causes of death like famous fever etc. diseases and demons, vampires etc. O nitty! You should give excellent happiness to this man by coordinating with Yama, the god of death and with gods, ancestors, etc. (4)
