प्र स॒प्तहो॑ता सन॒काद॑रोचत मा॒तुरु॒पस्थे॒ यदशो॑च॒दूध॑नि । न नि मि॑षति सु॒रणो॑ दि॒वेदि॑वे॒ यदसु॑रस्य ज॒ठरा॒दजा॑यत ॥ (१४)
सनातन एवं सात होताओं वाले अग्नि विशेष शोभा पाते हैं. जब वे अग्नि धरती माता की गोद एवं उत्तरवेदीरूपी स्तनों पर शोभित होते हैं, तब शोभन शब्द करते हैं. अरणिरूपी काठ के उदर से उत्पन्न होने के कारण वे कभी सोते नहीं हैं. (१४)
Eternal and seven-sided agnis are specially adorned. When they are adorned on the lap of Mother Earth and on the north-vediform breasts, they say the word shobhan. They never sleep because they are produced from the abdomen of the lumbar. (14)
