अध्याय 12 → मंत्र 102 - संस्कृत मंत्र, हिंदी अर्थ और English translation

यजुर्वेद:
मा मा॑ हिꣳसीज्जनि॒ता यः पृ॑थि॒व्या यो वा॒ दिव॑ꣳ स॒त्यध॑र्मा॒ व्यान॑ट्। यश्चा॒पश्च॒न्द्राः प्र॑थ॒मो ज॒जान॒ कस्मै॑ दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषा॑ विधेम ॥ (१०२)
जो पृथ्वी के जन्मदाता हैं, जो स्वर्गलोक के रचयिता हैं, जो आदिपुरुष हैं, जो सत्यधर्मा हैं, हम उन के प्रति कभी भी विपरीत न हों. हम कभी भी उन के प्रतिकूल न रहें. जो प्रथम जन्मा है, उस के अलावा हम अन्य किस देव को अपनी आहुति अर्पित करें. (१०२)
Those who are the fathers of the earth, those who are the creators of heaven, those who are the original men, those who are satyadharma, we should never be opposite to them. We should never be against them. Apart from the one who is born first, to which other god should we offer our sacrifice? (102)
