यजुर्वेद (अध्याय 15)
सꣳस॒मिद्यु॑वसे वृष॒न्नग्ने॒ विश्वा॑न्य॒र्य्यऽआ। इ॒डस्प॒दे समि॑ध्यसे॒ स नो॒ वसू॒न्याभ॑र ॥ (३०)
अग्नि समिधा से प्रज्वलित किए जाते हैं. वे शक्तिमान, सब के स्वामी व सुख देने वाले हैं. आप यज्ञवेदी में भलीभांति प्रज्वलित होइए. आप हमें भरपूर धन प्रदान करने की कृपा कीजिए. (३०)
Fire is ignited with a mixture. He is powerful, the master of all and the giver of happiness. You light the yajna altar well. Please give us plenty of money. (30)
