यजुर्वेद (अध्याय 31)
ततो॑ वि॒राड॑जायत वि॒राजो॒ऽअधि॒ पूरु॑षः।स जा॒तोऽअत्य॑रिच्यत प॒श्चाद् भूमि॒मथो॑ पु॒रः ॥ (५)
उस परम पुरुष से विराट् उपजा. विराट् से सृष्टि उपजी. उस से भूमि पैदा हुई फिर जीव पैदा हुए. (५)
Huge stems from that Supreme Man. Creation stems from the universe. From that the land was born and then the creatures were born. (5)
