यजुर्वेद (अध्याय 6)
सं ते॒ मनो॒ मन॑सा॒ सं प्रा॒णः प्रा॒णेन॑ गच्छताम्। रेड॑स्य॒ग्निष्ट्वा॑ श्रीणा॒त्वाप॑स्त्वा॒ सम॑रिण॒न् वात॑स्य त्वा ध्राज्यै॑ पू॒ष्णो रꣳह्या॑ऽऊ॒ष्मणो॑ व्यथिष॒त् प्रयु॑तं॒ द्वेषः॑ ॥ (१८)
याजक उन यजमानों के मन से युक्त हो. वह उन यजमानों के मन प्राण से युक्त हो. वह उन यजमानों के दिव्य प्राण से युक्त हो. अग्नि व जल देव आप को शोभा युक्त बनाने की कृपा करें. वायु देव की गति एवं सूर्य की ऊर्जा परिपक्व हो. सब के विकार व द्वेष नष्ट हों. (१८)
The priest should be filled with the minds of those hosts. May the minds of those hosts be filled with life. May he be filled with the divine soul of those hosts. May God of Fire and Water bless you with beauty. The speed of the wind god and the energy of the sun should mature. May everyone's disorders and malice be destroyed. (18)
