अथर्ववेद (कांड 7)
अस॑द॒न्गावः॒ सद॒नेऽप॑प्तद्वस॒तिं वयः॑ । आ॒स्थाने॒ पर्व॑ता अस्थुः॒ स्थाम्नि॑ वृ॒क्काव॑तिष्ठिपम् ॥ (१)
गाय जिस प्रकार गोशाला में बैठती है, पक्षी जिस प्रकार अपने घोंसले में जाते हैं और पर्वत जिस प्रकार अपने स्थान पर स्थित रहते हैं, मैं अपने शत्रु के घर में उसी प्रकार भेड़ियों को स्थापित करता हूं. (१)
The way the cow sits in the cowshed, the way the birds go to their nests and the way the mountains are located in their place, I install wolves in the same way in my enemy's house. (1)
