यजुर्वेद 3.14

अध्याय 3 → मंत्र 14 - संस्कृत मंत्र, हिंदी अर्थ और English translation

यजुर्वेद:
अ॒यं ते॒ योनि॑र्ऋ॒त्वियो॒ यतो॑ जा॒तोऽअरो॑चथाः। तं जा॒नन्न॑ग्न॒ऽआरो॒हाथा॑ नो वर्द्धया र॒यिम् ॥ (१४)
हे अग्नि! आप बारबार उत्पन्न होने वाले हैं. इसलिए यज्ञ की समाप्ति पर आप पुनः गृहस्थ के यहां जन्म लें अर्थात्‌ प्रातः, मध्याह्न और सायंकाल प्रकट हों. बाद में पुनः यज्ञ के लिए हमें समृद्ध करें. (१४)
O agni! You are going to be generated again and again. Therefore, at the end of the yajna, you should again be born at the householder's place, that is, in the morning, midday and evening. Later, enrich us for the yajna again. (14)
