हे इंद्र! तुम वृषाकपि की अपेक्षा अधिक वेग वाले हो. तुम शत्रुओं को व्यथित करने में समर्थ हो. जहां सोमपान का साधन नहीं होता, वहां तुम नहीं जाते हो. इस प्रकार इंद्र सब से बढ़ कर हैं. (२)
O Indra! You are more at a faster pace than Taurus. You are capable of disturbing enemies. Where there is no means of sompan, you do not go there. Thus Indra is the most important. (2)
प्रि॒या त॒ष्टानि॑ मे क॒पिर्व्य॑क्ता॒ व्यदूदुषत् । शिरो॒ न्वस्य राविषं॒ न सु॒गं दु॒ष्कृते॑ भुवं॒ विश्व॑स्मा॒दिन्द्र॒ उत्त॑रः ॥ (५)
वृषाकपि ने मेरे स्नेही जनों को दुर्बल बनाया है तथा व्यक्ता ने उन्हें दोषी किया है. बुरे कार्य में प्रकट होना सुगम नहीं होता. इसलिए मैं इस के शीश को शब्द वाला बनाता हूं. इस प्रकार इंद्र सब से उत्कृष्ट हैं. (५)
Vrushakpi has made my loved ones weak and the person has blamed them. It is not easy to appear in bad work. That's why I make this glass word. Thus Indra is the best of all. (5)
न मत्स्त्री सु॑भ॒सत्त॑रा॒ न सु॒याशु॑तरा भुवत् । न मत्प्रति॑च्यवीयसी॒ न सक्थ्युद्य॑मीयसी॒ विश्व॑स्मादिन्द्र॒ उत्त॑रः ॥ (६)
मेरी पत्नी से अधिक न कोई स्त्री सौभाग्य वाली है और न कोई अधिक सुखी तथा उत्तम संतान वाली है. कोई स्त्री उससे अधिक अपने पति को सुख देने वाली भी नहीं है. (६)
No woman is more fortunate than my wife and no one is more happy and better child. No woman is more happy than her husband. (6)
हे शूर की पत्नी! तू सुंदर भुजाओं, सुंदर उंगलियों, पृथु नितंबों तथा मोटी जांघों वाली है. वृषाकपि के सामने तू हमारी हिसा क्यों करती है? इंद्र सब से उत्कृष्ट हैं. (८)
O wife of the knight! You have beautiful arms, beautiful fingers, vertebral buttocks and thick thighs. Why do you take our part in front of Taurus? Indra is the best of all. (8)
