जो नाखून और खुर वाले बाघ आदि पशु हैं, जो बिना खुर वाले सर्प आदि जंतु हैं तथा जो फटे हुए खुर वाले गाय, बैल, भैंस आदि पशु हैं उन का पिता द्युलोक है और माता पृथ्वी है. हे देवो! इन विघ्नकारी पशुओं और जीवजंतु.ओं को आप ने जिस प्रकार हमारे अभिमुख किया है, उसी प्रकार इन्हें हम से अलग करो. (१)
Those who are animals like tigers with nails and hoofs, which are snakes etc. animals without hoofs and those who are animals like cows, bulls, buffaloes etc. with torn hoofs, their father is Dyulok and mother is earth. O God! Separate these disturbing animals and animals from us the way you have oriented them from us. (1)
दूषित शरीर से रहित देवों ने अभिमत कार्य में आने वाले विघ्नों की शांति के लिए अरलू वृक्ष से बने दंड को धारण किया है. मनुष्यों की सृष्टि करने वाले मनु ने भी यही किया था. बैलों को जिस प्रकार प्रजनन में असमर्थ बनाया जाता है, उसी प्रकार मैं सूखे चमड़े की रस्सी से विघ्नों को निष्क्रिय कर रहा हूं. (२)

पीले रंग के धागे जिस प्रकार कवच को धारण करते हैं, उसी प्रकार साधक अरलू मणि को अर्थात् अरलू वृक्ष से बने डंडे को धारण करते हैं. हमारे द्वारा धारण की हुई अरलू मणि श्रवस्यु, शोधक और कबरे रंग के क्रूर प्राणियों से संबंधित विघ्नों को समाप्त करे. (३)
Just as yellow threads wear armor, seekers wear Arlu Mani i.e. sticks made of Arlu tree. May the Arlu Mani we wear end the obstacles related to the cruel creatures of the shravasyu, the purifier and the kabre color. (3)
हे शत्रुओं को जीत कर यश की इच्छा करने वाले मनुष्यो! जिस प्रकार देवगण असुरों की माया से मोहित थे, उसी प्रकार तुम शत्रुओं द्वारा डाले गए विध्नों से मोहित हो. जिस प्रकार बंदर कुत्तों को भगा देता है, उसी प्रकार तुम्हारे द्वारा धारण किया हुआ खड्ग विच्नों को दूर भगा दे. (४)
O people who conquer enemies and desire success! Just as the Devas were fascinated by the maya of the asuras, so you are fascinated by the evils cast by the enemies. Just as the monkey drives away the dogs, so drive away the rags you wear away. (4)
हे मणि! मैं शत्रुओं द्वारा डाले गए विधघ्नों को समाप्त करने के लिए तुझे धारण करता हूं. इसी प्रकार मैं काबव नाम के विध्न को दूर करता हूं. हे मनुष्यो! तुम दौड़ने के लिए विस्तृत घोड़ों वाले रथों के समान शत्रुओं द्वारा उत्पन्न विघ्नों से रहित हो कर अपने कार्यो में लगो. (५)
O Mani! I wear You to put an end to the obstacles put in by the enemies. In the same way, I remove the rule called Kabav. O human beings! You should go on with your work, free from obstacles created by enemies like chariots with wide horses to run. (5)
हे मणि! धरती पर एक सौ एक विघ्न हैं. देवों ने उन की शांति के लिए तुझे धारण किया था. हे विघ्नों को दूर करने वाली मणि! मैं भी तुझे उसी उद्देश्य से धारण करता हूं. (६)
O gem! There are one hundred and one obstacles on earth. The gods wore you for their peace. O gem that removes obstacles! I also hold you for the same purpose. (6)
